Repair and Service Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through this website, by phone, or through WhatsApp are approximate until the vehicle is physically inspected at our workshop. Final pricing may differ based on:

• Hidden damage or faults discovered during the inspection
• Additional parts or labour required beyond the original scope
• Changes in parts availability or supplier pricing

No repair work begins without the owner's written or verbal approval of the final cost. Any changes to the approved estimate are communicated before additional work is carried out.

Parts and Warranty Limitations

We use OEM-equivalent parts as standard and genuine Ford parts on request. Each installed part carries a written warranty as specified at the time of fitting. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the part itself and does not extend to:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications after the repair
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Faults unrelated to the original repair performed

Customer-supplied parts are installed at the owner's risk. We do not provide any warranty on parts that we did not source or inspect.

Vehicle Condition

Exotic Auto Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or undisclosed damage that may surface during or after a repair. Some faults only become visible once a component is removed or tested under load. If additional issues are discovered during an approved job, the owner is informed and no further work proceeds without separate approval.

Diagnostic Reports

Diagnostic reports generated at our workshop are based on the data available at the time of the scan and the physical condition observed during the inspection. These reports are provided for informational purposes and do not serve as legally certified documents, official valuations, or insurance assessments. Findings may vary if the vehicle is re-tested under different conditions or at a later date.

Insurance Claims

Our team may assist with documentation, repair assessments, and coordination required for insurance claims. However, Exotic Auto Services does not guarantee the approval, processing, or outcome of any insurance claim. All claim decisions are made solely by the insurance provider, and any disputes remain between the vehicle owner and the insurer.
