Terms and Conditions

Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document:

• "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Exotic Auto Services LLC, a MOIAT-certified workshop operating from Mussafah Industrial Area, M-21, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• "Customer," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity requesting services, whether the registered vehicle owner or an authorised representative acting on their behalf.
• "Vehicle" refers to any Ford model presented at our workshop for repair, maintenance, diagnostics, or cosmetic work.
• "Services" refer to all mechanical, electrical, body, paint, and diagnostic work performed by the Company on the Vehicle.
• "Quotation" refers to the written estimate issued after a physical inspection, detailing parts, labour, and total cost for the agreed scope.
• "Workshop" refers to the physical facility where all services are carried out.

Service Agreement

By requesting a repair, maintenance, or diagnostic service, you enter into a service agreement with Exotic Auto Services. This agreement includes:

• A physical inspection of the vehicle at our workshop before any work begins
• A written quotation detailing the scope of work, parts, and labour costs
• Explicit customer authorization before any repair is carried out
• Separate approval required for any additional work discovered beyond the original scope

No work begins without your authorization, and no cost is added to the invoice without your prior consent.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the initial assessment of the vehicle's condition and are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Final costs may vary if the actual condition differs from what was visible during the initial inspection. The customer is informed of any cost changes before additional work begins.

Parts Policy

Exotic Auto Services uses the following categories of parts based on job requirements and customer preference:

• OEM-equivalent parts that match factory specifications in fit, strength, and performance
• Genuine Ford parts, fitted on request when the customer prefers manufacturer-branded components
• Reconditioned or refurbished parts, used only with the customer's prior knowledge and written consent

Customer-supplied parts are installed at the owner's risk. We do not provide any warranty on parts that we did not source or inspect. All fitted parts are recorded in the service documentation with their category clearly stated.

Warranty Terms

All repairs carry a warranty on workmanship and fitted parts as specified on the invoice at completion. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions. It does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications after the repair
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Faults unrelated to the original repair performed
• Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party on the same component or system

Warranty claims must be raised directly with the workshop within the stated warranty period.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair and before the vehicle is released. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Credit or debit card

Vehicles will not be released until all outstanding charges, including parts, labour, and any applicable storage fees, are settled in full. Invoices left unpaid beyond the agreed period may be subject to additional recovery charges.

Vehicle Collection and Delivery

Customers may drop off vehicles at the workshop during working hours or use our pick-up and delivery service. The following terms apply:

• Free vehicle pick-up and drop-off are available across Abu Dhabi with a service contract
• Flatbed towing is arranged at no added cost for vehicles that cannot be driven safely
• The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed time and location
• All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle before drop-off
• The vehicle should be collected within 3 business days after completion notification

Exotic Auto Services is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during the service period.

Vehicle Storage

If a vehicle is not collected within 3 business days of completion notification, storage charges may apply. The daily storage rate will be communicated to the customer in advance. Exotic Auto Services reserves the right to move the vehicle to an off-site storage location if it remains uncollected for an extended period.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle's condition, symptoms, and service history
• Disclosing any known pre-existing faults or previous repairs relevant to the requested service
• Ensuring valid vehicle registration and ownership documentation at the time of drop-off
• Authorizing all work before it is carried out
• Collecting the vehicle within the agreed timeframe after completion
• Settling all payments in full before vehicle release

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the repair at the time of cancellation:

• If cancelled before any work has started, no charges apply
• If parts have already been ordered specifically for your vehicle, the cost of those parts may be charged
• If work has already begun, charges for completed labour and any installed parts will apply

A revised invoice will be issued in all cases where partial charges apply.

Limitation of Liability

Exotic Auto Services LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim related to services performed at the workshop is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under UAE consumer protection law.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and service booking only. By using this website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission
• Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality, security, or hosting infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information through any form on the site

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and are not liable for any loss caused by temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

Vehicle Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with all applicable UAE traffic and safety regulations at the time of drop-off. Exotic Auto Services is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from a vehicle that does not meet regulatory requirements. If a compliance issue is identified during an inspection, the customer will be informed before any related work is carried out.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the workshop management. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and work toward a fair resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to mediation or the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and page layouts, is the property of Exotic Auto Services LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Privacy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and vehicle data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as outlined in that policy.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
